I wanted to take a moment to express my thanks to you and your team, and in particular, to the great service provided by Dan Carlson, one of your agents.

Over the years my wife and I have bought and sold or leased several residential properties.  This, however, was my first experience with selling/leasing a commercial property (restaurant) and I must say it was quite a different animal.  In the current market we find ourselves, there were a lot of uncertainties and it could be very easy to get caught up in the hand wringing of commercial offerings.

Dan did a great job in assessing our needs by asking a lot of goal oriented questions and also by providing us with realistic expectations of the current trends that are out there.  He also recognized that the property we were offering had some very unique characteristics that could be leveraged to the right audience so he developed a plan to do just that.

The short version of it is that while we wanted to sell outright, Dan was able to craft a lease/option on our property that accomplished our goals and also created the best opportunity for the leasing parties to be successful in their new business venture.  A win-win scenario for us all, and for that we are very grateful.  A job well done in a short period of time.
